Creative industries span Film, TV, Theatre and Events that can bring with them demanding workspaces, unsociable hours and burnout

This can cause damage to relationships, little time to explore the Self nor space for ones personal creative expression

As well as this, outside of professional creativity, those who label themselves as Creative can find themselves needing a space to explore their mental health with someone who speaks their language

As a Creative Psychotherapist, it is my goal to support those who feel at home in creative spaces and seek empathy in their specific circumstances
